The house rules, in plain English. By using Class Act Cookbook, you agree to these terms.

1. The deal

Class Act Cookbook is a digital cookbook. The one-time purchase gives you lifetime access to the current recipe collection. The monthly plan gives you full access plus new recipes every week for as long as your subscription is active.

2. Your account

Paid recipes unlock when you sign up with the same email you used at checkout. Keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for what happens on your account.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in US dollars. Refunds and cancellations are handled exactly as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Fair use

Your access is personal and non-commercial: one member, one account. Please don't share your login, copy the recipes to republish them, or redistribute any part of the cookbook.

5. Our content

Every recipe, photo, video, and word on this site belongs to Class Act Cookbook. Your purchase is a license to cook from it — not to copy it.

6. Kitchen reality

Prep times, servings, and nutrition numbers are honest estimates, not lab results. Your stove, your ingredients, your judgment — you're responsible for food safety, allergies, and how dinner turns out.

7. Ending things

You can cancel a monthly plan anytime from Manage Subscription in the top menu. We can suspend accounts that share access or abuse the site. If that ever happens, the Refund & Cancellation Policy still applies.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
